1.The short version

  • Everwell Mynds is an online law of assumption and mindset community: a place to learn, share and practice.
  • There are three plans: Free, Community and Coaching+. Plans are bought on the website only. Single courses can be bought on the website or in the iPhone app.
  • Be kind and follow the community rules.
  • You can cancel a paid plan any time. There are no refunds. All payments are final.
  • When you use Everwell Mynds, you agree to these terms.

2.Who can use Everwell Mynds

Everwell Mynds is for people [age] and older. When you make an account, you tell us that you are old enough and that the details you give us are true.

3.Your account

You pick a display name and a username when you sign up. Your account works on the website and in the iPhone and Android apps.

  • Keep your login safe and keep your password to yourself.
  • You are in charge of what happens on your account.
  • If you think someone else got in, tell us right away at [support email].

4.Plans, payments and renewals

There are three plans. Here is what each one includes and what it costs.

  • Free. $0. You can read the community feed, make posts, and like and comment.
  • Community. $35 a month, or $300 a year (saves $120). Everything in Free, plus search and the Topics filter, scheduled posts, messages with other members, every course, every masterclass and every challenge.
  • Coaching+. $75 a month, or $700 a year (saves $200). Everything in Community, plus 1:1 coaching with a coach you pick, a custom guidance plan, check ins and homework from your coach, and unlimited messages with your coach.
  • Single courses. $15 each, with a PDF.

Plans are bought on the website only, never inside the app. Single courses can be bought on the website or through Apple's in app purchase in the iPhone app. Payments on the website are handled by [payment processor]. Purchases made through Apple are billed by Apple and follow Apple's refund process.

Your plan renews at the end of each month or year until you cancel. Annual plans are billed once a year.

5.Canceling and refunds

Canceling. You can cancel any time in Settings on the website. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your plan stops and you are not charged again.

Refunds. We do not give refunds. Everwell Mynds is a digital service, so all payments are final.

Purchases made through Apple are billed by Apple and follow Apple's own process.

6.Courses you buy

A course you buy on its own is yours to keep access to, and it comes with a PDF. Community and Coaching+ include every course inside the platform, without PDF downloads.

  • Courses and PDFs are for your personal use.
  • Please do not share, copy or resell the PDF or the lessons. Each PDF is marked with the Everwell Mynds name and is made for the person who bought it.

7.Coaching

Coaches offer guidance and education. Coaching is not therapy, and it is not medical, legal or financial advice.

Coaches teach the courses and masterclasses. Picking a coach and messaging a coach are part of Coaching+ only. On Coaching+ you work with a coach you pick, 1:1 by message.

Your coach supports you with a custom guidance plan, check ins and homework. No specific result is promised. What you do with the guidance is up to you.

8.Community rules

Every member can post in the community. Every post has one topic. To keep it a good place for everyone:

  • Be kind.
  • No harassment, hate, spam or selling.
  • Do not share other people's private information.
  • Only post things that are yours to post.

We can remove posts or accounts that break these rules.

9.Your content

You own what you post. When you post, you give us permission to show it in the app and on the website. Every post is visible to every signed in member. The only thing you can make private is your profile. A private profile hides your profile page, not your posts in the feed.

We only share wins on Everwell Mynds social media if you opted in. You can turn that off any time in Settings. You can also edit or delete your posts whenever you like.

10.Our content

The courses, graphics, Evie and the Everwell Mynds brand belong to [company legal name]. Enjoy them inside Everwell Mynds. Please ask us first before you copy, sell or reuse them anywhere else.

11.Results and wellbeing

Everwell Mynds is education and community. Everyone's experience is their own, and we do not promise a specific result.

Everwell Mynds does not replace professional care, like a doctor or a therapist. If you are in crisis or in danger, contact your local emergency services right away.

12.Ending accounts

You can delete your account any time in Settings. We can pause or close an account that breaks these terms or the community rules. When we can, we will tell you why.

13.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make a big change, we will tell you in the app or by email before it starts. If you keep using Everwell Mynds after that, it means you agree to the new terms. The date at the top of this page always shows the latest version.
