1.The short version

Everwell Mynds is an online law of assumption and mindset community, on the website and in the iPhone and Android apps. This policy explains what we do with your information.

• We only collect what we need to run Everwell Mynds.
• We never sell your personal information.
• You are in charge. You can see, change or delete your information any time.

2.What we collect

Here is what we collect when you use the app or the website.

• Account details. Your display name, username and email.
• What you post and send. Your posts, comments and messages. Every post is visible to every signed in member.
• Activity. The challenges you join, your streaks and your progress in courses and masterclasses.
• Payments. Plans are bought on the website. Single courses can be bought on the website or through Apple's in app purchase in the iPhone app. Payments on the website are handled by [payment processor]. Purchases made through Apple are billed by Apple and follow Apple's refund process. We never see your full card number.
• Device and usage data. The kind of device you use and how you use the app, so we can fix bugs fast.

3.How we use it

We use your information to:

• Run the app and the website.
• Keep your progress, streaks and posts saved.
• Send reminders you asked for.
• Keep the community safe.
• Improve things and build new features.

4.Sharing your wins on social media

We love to celebrate wins, so sometimes we share member posts on our social media pages.

• We only share a post if you turned on "Everwell Mynds can share my wins".
• You can turn it off any time in Settings.
• We never share messages or posts from private profiles.

5.Who we share it with

A few trusted helpers see some of your information so the app can work.

• Service providers. Companies that help us with hosting, email and payments. They only use your information to do that job for us.
• When the law requires. We share information if a court or the law says we must.
• Never sold. We do not sell your personal information.

6.Your choices

You decide what happens with your information. You can:

• Make your profile public or private. A private profile hides your profile page, not your posts in the feed.
• Edit or delete your posts.
• Download a copy of your data.
• Delete your account.
• Change your email settings.

7.Messages and coaching

Messages are private between the people in the chat. On Coaching+ your coach works with you 1:1 by message. Your coach sees the messages you send them, so they can help you.

8.Kids

Everwell Mynds is for people [age] and older. We do not collect information from anyone younger on purpose. If you think a child made an account, email [privacy email] and we will remove it.

9.How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as you have an account. When you delete your account, we delete your personal information within [number] days. We keep a few records, like payment receipts, for longer when the law requires it.

10.Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make a big change, we will tell you in the app or by email before it starts. The date at the top of this page always shows the latest version.
