What you get

Everything on Coaching+ happens in your own private coaching space. Only you and your coach can see it.

One coach of your own

You choose the coach you want. They get to know you, your words and the ending you want to live from.

Private messages

Write to your coach as often as you like. There is no limit. Your coach reads and writes back.

1:1 sessions

Private time with your coach to talk through your story. Booking sessions opens soon.

A plan made for you

Your coach gives you a weekly focus, check ins and small inner homework, like a line to say or a scene to picture.

The one coach rule.

  • On Coaching+ you choose one coach. That coach is yours.
  • You work with one coach at a time, never two at once.
  • You keep your coach for as long as you are on Coaching+. Want a change? Ask for a new coach, and your new coach takes the place of the old one.
